@JabroniCalzones I won't be surprised if eventually, cartoony exaggerated art style makes a massive comeback, because cartoon style twists the anatomy and it requires some "le human feelz" to distort parts of its shapes in aesthetic ways

sometimes I wonder, if AI becoming even more powerful (I've seen a generated works in Kaneko's style, horrifies me), eventually human artist would ditch the "professional" anatomy and return back to the era of sketchy, cartoony exaggerated designs

every modern shonen is way more cartoony than berserk, yet the distortive emotiveness of the characters is usually waaaay lower
