Keep in mind that progress isn't linear, there are days you feel like you took a step back, but those days will help you in the future as you recognize the feelings of stepping further!

4. Schedule your study and practice time slots!

I schedule these by having my own journal and listing my to-dos for the day! I always have an art and acads corner to-do to ensure that I have balanced both aspects of my life.
