I love Kitchen Confidential, who doesn’t? But I’ve never read the Insider’s Edition before. It’s pretty incredible to read Anthony Bourdain’s handwritten notes in this edition - especially now he’s gone.

I'm not ashamed to admit I shed a tear watching the trailer. I can't wait to see this documentary.
