AH! I am late to the party, but I saw that theres a and had to introduce Miyuki here!
Her quirk is called Snow Angel. her wings work like Hawks, but rather than hardening they turn into ice. If an iced feather hits you the ice ice will start to creep up.

Kyōi's feathers aren't telepathically connected like Hawk's feathers. But if he plunks them out they become strong as Anthracite (hard coal) and he can light them with his blue flames. However the feathers turn to ash after an hour of use.
