A painting which Munnings did for his own enjoyment. The museum owns four large variations of this composition and two dozen studies & sketches for it.

A great @StopWensumLink @AlfredMunnings talk tonight about Alfred Munnings & the sunlight, ponies, & inspiration he found in the Ringland Hills. Building the NWL here would be a desecration. Munnings, who fought so hard to conserve Dedham vale from development, would be appalled.
