I think he just reused a skeleton template for his designs, and he often draw the left leg bent like that.
The more technical designers have fixed that and made them straight

Affinity Designer 2使いました。
操作性がまだ慣れてないのでもたつきますが、ベクターデータ作れるのとイラレのデータ開けるのはデカイです。(イラレ側で保存時にPDF相互ファイルを作成チェック入れてると開けるっぽい)
しかしAffinity Designer 2から保存する時AI拡張子は選択できないっぽい🤔
