Concept art for the secret "G" (Genesis) FMV is grouped with the art for "Villains Chained" in the Extra Features of DCFFVII.

Official Crisis Core guides refer to Genesis voluntarily sealing himself away in a "water prison".

Scene 10 of the online mode. The spiky chains crackle with electricity as we see Weiss awaken on his throne.

The concept art confirms that the chains could electrocute Weiss, though this effect never happens in the final cutscene.

The Sector 7 Train Graveyard test map is a tricky place to roam. Its walkmesh is corrupted and the lighting is poor. For these snapshots I have applied some post-processing with the contrast and intensity.

In the original version bullets could deal damage on Arch Azul. But only 1 damage per bullet no matter your power (stacked damage in snapshot).
Magic and melee became more effective but the starting HP of the boss was also increased.

Accidental AU story from teleporting to Lucrecia's grotto but with a Deepground scene active.

Or "How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Just Limit Flex".

"Limit Flex" is the term coined for the trick to one-shot Rosso the Crimson. Learn more in my research thread:

Restrictor: Aurora Borealis? At this time of day, in this part of Deepground, localized entirely within Nero's Oblivion?
Weiss: Yes.
Restrictor: May I see it?
Weiss: No.

Many NPCs populated the Deepground hub of the online multiplayer. Only fragments currently remain of their roles in the game.

My viera Rhuj but he's wearing Rosso the Crimson's outfit (I just think it's neat)

"Weiss the Immaculate" is an unwinnable boss fight in Ch11. A formality before the next battle.

What if you edit the game's code and win the first fight anyway? The game pretends as though Vincent got KO'd as intended.

Under normal conditions the Bull Heads in Cait Sith's stealth segment can't be defeated.

By changing the code I am able to destroy them and confirm that an invisible box blocks your path, not the enemies themselves.

Mako Reactor 0 is infested with a ton of Bizarre Bugs. A room with these bugs provide an optional "stealth" section: If you don't disturb them, you can move on to the next area. Disturb them and you must fight.

"Kalm Victory Arcs", eh? I'll show them who is the manifestation of victory!

If you melee even once, you plummet to the ground and start over.

In one corner, a 285cm tall collection of muscles. In the other corner, a talking cat. Poor Azul never stood a chance.

When Omega Weiss is at- or below half of its max HP, the spirit-mechanical entity will retreat to the sky and charge up its most devastating attack: The Flare Bullet [フレア弾]. Referred to as "Meteor" in the BradyGames guide.

This concept art looks like an early version of the first room in Tutorial Mode where you play as Turk Vincent.

The arrangement of boxes, the ground textures and some of the wall textures match up with the final room.
