Okay so one of the reasons why Dracthyr can't use armor is because their Skin UV map is not made like playable races.
But, now I really want to see how Drakonids would look like a playable race, and they are textured just like Dracthyr. So I'd have to remap them entirely :(

Okay I just played with the character creator for Visage dracthyr. And my biggest and so far only Actual issue is that this is the darkest skin option. Especially when my belves and humans are MUCH darker than this. Which means the skin color files already EXIST.

I tried to make a green Dracthyr. Still a big WIP but green is one of my favorite flights.
Playing with dressing room to make a #Dracthyr. Kinda sad I don't like anything combined with the brighter green, since I wanted to make an Emerald one. So I just..made a purple drake. and played with it. Chose the armor colors cause its the same as my guild. #Dragonflight

I couldn't do a perfect replication (and I didn't really like the gold accents in game), but I made a very cute dracthyr.
I know it's not even alpha yet and there's still plenty of work to do, but I want to put this out asap.
Blizzard, please don't repeat the mistakes of Zandalari trolls on dracthyr. When you have intricate shoulder texture details, please make sure that they aren't downgraded.
