@ShearBolt Eida's Take is kinda.. interesting. She says "at least to me" because of what Kawaki has done Boruto has all the right to think otherwise.. But Kawaki himself still considers Boruto/Borushiki a "brother" that needs to be disposed of.. No empathy whatsoever

What if the way of breaking Eida's omnipotence is changing the future? Eida's eye ability is seeing the past and her ability is rewriting the past while Boruto's Byakugan ability is seeing the future (Eida seems quite concerned about it here btw-

But what Eida did was reverse the roles instead you have to remember Eida doesn’t have full control of her ability so things are bound to go wrong aka Kawaki becoming a uzumaki and boruto becoming a outsider this was all cause of eida not having complete control #boruto #kawaki
