Eiscue, the penguin pokémon. clocking in at 192 pounds, this pokémon has 2 forms. it’s ability, Ice Face, allows it to change form without taking damage the first time it hits, nearly identical to mimikyus disguise ability. it’s a weak pokémon, but they can still pack a punch.
