Some say FFXVI's graphics look underwhelming but personally I disagree. I think thus far it is looking to be the best looking game Square's produced visually on a technical level. I think will be even more apparent the next time we see it.

I'm glad about FFXVI's high-fantasy setting, but they still can do way better than that. Remember IX's weird animal people, or I's big sky castle full of robots, or VI's phantom train, or THE FREAKING MOON in IV. XVI gotta have something like that, y'know
