If we look back at the cover of tome 20 when it was centered around Atsushi and Akutagawa fighting Fukuchi,the cover was about them,then in tome 22 we got Meursault with a skull sheep symbolizing Chuuya,so now in Tome 23 centered around Dazai and Chuuya's bond,it's gonna be them!
