finally, aside from the painfully obvious reference to setsuka, kucci was originally based off the futakuchi-onna, a kind of two-faced yokai, as well as the yakuza/mafia .
shifodan is a mix between a kitsune, shedinja and of the italian mummies of palermo

The Futakuchi-Onna is a living woman cursed to satiate a terrible mouth on the back of her head. Her hair acts as tentacles that grab food and feeds the maw. And if not satisfied, it will screech loudly and cause her pain.
