In my universe, my kaiju are referred to as Gargantuas by the military and public.

I'm at the Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated episode "Battle of the Humungonauts". It's an extremely well-done tribute to the old Toho kaiju flick "War of the Gargantuas". It perfectly wraps the plot of that movie into a Scooby narrative and even licenses a song from the film!

Been seeing a quite a few people talk about them doing a remake of The War of the Gargantuas...

What if I told y'all in 2015, Toho made a two-part pseudo sequel? 😉

Here are the Gargantuas Sanda and Gaira. Both were hominid kaijus made from science, originally Gaira saw humans in a negative light but Sanda would help him open up to humans, their also allies with Godzilla’s Kong’s and Zilla’s Groups

Interestingly enough, AOT does work in live action in the sense that the manga was heavily inspired by classic tokusatsu and kaiju eiga, like The War of the Gargantuas and Godzilla.

The result in 2015 was an impressive tokusatsu epic that's better than it had any right to be. https://t.co/5ZiCasXiXj

Stampede is one of the Gargantuas, mighty titans from ancient times that became corrupt and more monstrous from their own power and were sealed away.

Well it's still so here's the closest thing I have to a kaiju girl, I guess. I'll draw her again later, maybe.

This was how Mary Shelley intended her original novel to be adapted, and thus is the most correct way to watch the Frankenstein saga. I have an English literature degree.

I'm King Gargantuas and, while I do indeed love making 2D art of all sorts of things, I particularly love drawing anthro art. Take these as examples:

I thought to myself while sketching this Baragon: “what if Frankenstein vs Baragon ended in Baragon killing Frankenstein, and then he returned in War of the Gargantuas.”
So here that is.

How about the Gargantuas brothers Gaira and Sanda!

Which of these two have the better atmosphere?
(For the record I think Gargantuas vs Gezora is the better piece overall, was feeling it more during the process of that piece. Still curious on your thoughts though.)
