in this frame, we see light circles. they could be from glyphs being used (presumably by luz), or from something else. they may signal some sort of "healing," as light circles also showed up when flapjack was healing hunter, which supports the idea that light is a "good" force.
even outside of the trailer, light glyphs are super important to luz. they're the first glyph that she taught herself, the first glyph that she taught philip, and her first way of showing others that she can do magic. not to mention that her name literally means light.
