포모(布帽), 저고리, 치마는 미국 박물관에서 소장 중인 고려 말 초상화를 참고했으며, 황색 장삼은 "고려 때에 기생이 모두 노란 장삼(黃長衫)을 입었다"는 "세종실록"의 언급을 참고했습니다.

so i watched Turning Red and i rmb koreans being mad because pixar allegedly depicted the chinese characters wearing a goryeo hanbok. upon further investigation, i think they were wrong and if you look closer, you can see that it's probably a ming dynasty style hanfu.
