In the original Tagalog myth, Mapulon and Ikapati are married. For my reimagining of them, they're a divorced couple, and things are usually awkward between them. Fitting, since in my OCverse Mapulon represents relaxation and Ikapati represents hard work!

Again drawing from Tagalog myth, Ikapati is the goddess of agriculture. I gave her the traits of a horse, a farm animal; I also wanted to reference the myth of the tikbalang.
