Develop your characters and research your settings thoroughly. You can tell when something is rushed. Don't info-dump... learn to sprinkle. lol

Twisted Fate - It's the beginning of a series following a young woman's life as told by her and other people she meets. She'll have to dig herself out of her own hell, learn how to trust, learn how to love, and handle Fate throwing another wrench in the works.

In a nutshell... "More description!" lol I don't tend to listen to people unless I trust what they're saying is from a good place. Too many out there try to make themselves seem like some kind of expert. It's hard to be constructive if you're full of yourself.

That's something I'm not even focusing on right now, and previously, I didn't actively market either. My anxiety levels skyrocket over stuff like this so I avoid if I can. I'm also not publishing to earn income. It would be nice, but not necessary.

No. I'm not made of money and audiobooks are wicked expensive. I also don't know how that works with multiple POV chapters throughout. It's really not on my radar to investigate right now.

I really don't know at this point because the people I've envisioned loosely in certain roles are way too old to play the parts now. I'd have to take some time and find current actors that would fit.

I might change them when I re-publish, but my old covers are 'reversible'. You can flip the book upside-down and there's another image there. It's supposed to show the 'coming together of two different worlds/paths/situations'. I had a graphic artist

It think, for me, it oddly enough was the formatting. I really struggled with it because indents weren't behaving, my italics would go missing, and trying to get a 'section divider' to center was extremely frustrating. The rest of the process was easy compared

I haven't yet, but I will be when I get Book 1 and 2 re-written.

No. I've heard too many horror stories about stories getting radically changed, covers picked without author input, and all that. It's a hard pass from me unless I'm the final word on all of it. Sorry, not sorry.

Life is too short for regrets but I have learned a lot of lessons the hard way! One of those is buy the ISBNs yourself, for sure.

I guess, not planning out my series covers past the book I was working on. I think this time I'll put more thought into how I want the final product to look.
