I love how much JP3 has grown on fans over the years. I grew up with this film and know that it has problems, but it truly is a guilty pleasure of mine. I love how it is a 90 minute slasher film with dinosaurs and that it has some of my favorite set pieces in Jurassic.
Something you guys may not know. In JP3, the main villain was once supposed to be a Baryonyx, later replaced with Spinosaurus. FK bary is actually kinda reference. As it share a lot of traits with JP3 animatronic and only needs few touches to become it #JurassicWorldEvolution2

In the JP3 script and novelization, the T. rex was eating the corpse of a Datousaurus, a sauropod; this was a nod to the first novel. In the movie, the carcass belongs to a Parasaurolophus instead.

Wishing #JP3 a happy 21st anniversary! I don’t care what anyone says it’s a great movie. It had the best dinosaurs in the og trilogy. It felt like a real island and had some truly cinematic and atmospheric scenes. Growing up my friends and I agreed we liked it more than two.
Continuing off my JP3 spinosaurus, here’s my JP3 rex! I interpreted it as being more of a gracile build, as I always pictured it being a bit younger even if that wasn’t entirely canon :P
@knight_Steve_ Eh, it’s really slightly larger than the JP3 one, but it isn’t massively larger than Big Eatie. We can see at leg height, they’re relative, just that Spino has the longer head and sail.

(and yes I know that Rex is just a botched 2001 movie skin and not an alt but it looks so much nicer than the desaturated bull from JWE2)

The JP3 skin is luxurious, it's very iconic and I love it! it is also curious that they hit the osteoderms on the back (as far as I know the osteoderms are still speculative)
