I'm sorry, I don't believe that confirms he's a combiner. The whole gimmick with Junkions in this line is comining and swapping vehicle parts. I can't say for certain, but my assumption would be that that's what this is referring to. Occum's Razor

If I may be a skeptic for a moment, one of the big things advertised to us with the Junkions has been their ability to combine and swap vehicle mode parts (as seen on the poster). It could very well be referring to that

According to my friend, in the Japanese dub, Wreck-Gar has a "Chinese 'accent' that is kinda racist by modern standards" and he and the Junkions are speaking in a grammatically correct but weird/cartoony manner. Also, she was nice enough to translate what they said in the clip.😅
