This is Kereena The Yellow Dragon of the Center from Asian Mythology. She can take on either form here, her wings in the dragon form get steadily more translucent as they go, and she is very glowy. the armor plates all pulse at different rates. added 3rd pic for foot ref

I also have a creature named "Fade" who is part of a genderless species called "Dutch Angel Dragon" (Dutchies for short) and it has two "forms" normal, and Halloween (cause I love Halloween) so if you do choose Fade I will let you pick which form to draw :)
