Anyone ever talk about how STYLISH the Kurohyou games are? Spooky Graphic, the team that did the art/cutscenes, did such a great job on these games. The atmosphere/tone, dynamic use of color, character poses, use of sfx, etc.

Yea it's great! I hope you like it, it's one of mt faves. Also, another good one that has a similar vibe and also a very funny female lead: Kurohyou to 16-sai. There IS a love triangle but it is actually really good and well done!!

The illustrated cinematics for the Kurohyou series have a style very similar to the ones in the PSP MGS titles. A studio named Spookygraphic was in charge of both. They also contributed to Tekken Tag 2, Pikmin 3, Style Savvy and other works outside games.
