The Leprechaun is over 1000 yrs old, there was a ‘sighting’ in 1989 by a pub landlord called P.J O’Hare in Carlingford, County Louth. O’Hare says he heard screams from a well & found the remains of a Leprechaun which is on display in his pub.

Just finnished my lord character that I have for my Minecraft skin in the origins mod. She’s a hybrid homunculus of a wither, fox, elytrian and human. She is known for making enchants and is the landlord to the sky city of Thiaclouth.

Cú Chulainn, Irish hero of the Rúraíocht/Ulster Cycle.
Nearing death, he wanted to die on his feet fighting his enemies. He tied himself to a large stone, usually identified as Cloghafarmore (Stone of the Big Man) in Co. Louth.

#Otd 1316: Edward Bruce, Earl of Carrick (younger brother of Robert the Bruce, King of Scotland) crowned himself king of Ireland near Dundalk, Co Louth. Had invaded Ireland the previous year. Stayed another 2 1/2 yrs but killed Oct 1318 at Battle of Faughart (near where crowned).
