I've been listening to the (now defunct) Metal Gear Mondays podcast recently. Something interesting they pointed out is that Psycho Mantis appears in front of the elevator in MGS1 and MGSV. Might be a bit obvious, but I never picked up on it.

Konami (a big company) made something that feels like a free mod for MGSV. That would be fine if this game was a fan mod. But it isn't.
