#MyFirstGamesJob was @TurtleRock in Community. @Dev__Steve took a chance on me, @DamJess believed in me & @LadieAuPair supported me thru it all. Some of the happiest days of life were in that studio. All of the 🖤 to the team!
#MyFirstGamesJob was on 2013's as an intern artist at @elven_games studio. My first big role on a gamedev project is Dead Rampage as background and UI artist. It's a flashgame about surviving waves of undead while building a distress beacon.
#MyFirstGamesJob was an internship as a 2D artist on a mobile game at @UbisoftParis 2 years ago! ✨It taught me valuable lessons that helped me grow as an artist 🎨 #MyFirstGameJob
#MyFirstGamesJob was at Kobojo in Dundee as a 2D artist. Was contacted by the art manager through deviantART of all places! Worked on a mobile JRPG that had help from Final Fantasy vets no less. Shame it didn't take off.
#MyFirstGamesJob is the one I'm in right now! Concept artist and 2D generalist with @AiSolve , making all sorts from concept art, UI assets, blocking out stuff, making pitch slides, learning about shaders, all sorts! Having a blast tbh:
#MyFirstGamesJob was a character designer for a mobile game studio based out of San Diego called Ultrabit on the game Raid Brigade along with @KimboSlasher !
#MyFirstGamesJob I had the opportunity to design and produce Good Pizza, Great Pizza. Also made all the art in the game!
#MyFirstGamesJob (2012) was weapons for an indie game that was basically Horde Mode with Robots. It was exciting to earn a wage with my game art! Became friends working with @Destraudo & went out to dinner to celebrate every time I delivered an asset XD
#MyFirstGamesJob was in 2010, recording for Disciples 3: Renaissance voicing a variety of dwarves, elves and demons. My first foray into voiceover for games and after over 120 more titles in nine years, I can honestly say it's been a wild ride. Wouldn't want it any other way.
#MyFirstGamesJob I worked with 2 other artists on a fun-jucational childrens mobile app. 🙈
#MyFirstGamesJob 7 Studios in Los Angeles, California 2005. First shipped title was Pirates of the Caribbean: Legend of Jack Sparrow on PS2. Arrrgh! Aye! ...and we also made those Fantastic Four videogames.
It my current job lol. Not included is a bunch of red-lining, feedback, and documentation stuff #MyFirstGamesJob
#MyFirstGamesJob was at Climax Studios in Portsmouth, helping to come up with the art style for the Assassin's Creed: Chronicles series! Good times! ☺️💕
I was extremely lucky that #MyFirstGamesJob consisted of drawing nothing but fantasy props and kaiju concepts for local indie studio @coffeeboxgames !
I improved so so much more in those few months than I had at years of school/uni 💪
Here's some art from 3+ years ago!
#gamedev
#MyFirstGamesJob Learned how to do orthographical drawings and UV texture work for a Yar's Revenge reboot back in 2010. The studio mgmt was absolutely AWFUL but I've met some lifelong friends and comrades in this first stop of my art career. All thanks to you @cagle_evan 😊
#Myfirstgamesjob was an art job at a studio called Manley & Associates, in 1993. The first actual game I worked on there was LION, an animal simulation title. I built the African savanna background tileset art that palette-swapped to simulate night, drought, and other conditions.
#MyFirstGamesJob
The project was named ‘Sumo Boy’ and was a similar premise to that of Zelda or Bastion. I was responsible for all character and world design, as well as 2D asset creation.
#MyFirstGamesJob was working on @dblstallion’s @speedbrawl! It was 2016 & I had worked on tv shows, bumpers, & YouTube cartoons before, but after this experience I realized I like working on games the most :)
