Know what gets me EVERY TIME? When Namora is watching the helicopter fly off, when she turns around, and looks up YOU CAN SEE THE SMILE IN HER EYES AS NAMOR'S LEITMOTIF PLAYS

I love the Namor-Riri duo idea. They can relate in not knowing their bio-dad and oppression. Riri being the lost boy to Namor's Peter Pan... Riri using pop culture and slang, Namor side-eyeing...

It's also funny to stick them in a get-along shirt.

"You tried to kill me!"

I am so happy for Tenoch but also, I cannot believe this man is literally Namor come to life. Making his own movie studio to make the movies he wants!

Of course Namor's movies were just because he wanted to defeat the F4 so I'm sure Tenoch's new studio will be much better! 😅

I mean as I said he used it mainly in Invaders to carry the team around, Namor himself can fly where ever he wants to and Namor's flagship aircraft has been around in modern comics, it's just not as used as it was in the past. Namor even taught Bucky how to fly.

Watch out Santa Doom, Namor's competing for best dressed Santa!

after binging a bunch of Tenoch's interviews and hearing him call Namor's shorts "shame shorts", my hands moved on their own

Namor's interactions with Tony are always hilarious

I NEED THOSE 400 PAGES LIKE I NEED AIR. EVERYTHING I EVER WANTED FOR NAMOR'S WORLDBUILDING THAT I NEVER GOT IN THE COMICS. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH TIME AND CARE WENT INTO CREATING THEM. I AM DYING. DEAD. PLEASE.

Namor's fought just about everyone in the Marvel Universe at one point or another so (not in any particular order) here's my 10 favorite Sub-Mariner Fights! Feel free to join in the convo with your favorite Namor battles! art: Jacksdad

Avengers (2018) seriously don't even bother buying this comic bc this is the only scene Namor is in. This whole Avengers run has done nothing good for Namor's character. Thankfully it's almost over. Can't wait till I never have to pick up another Aaron book again.

Fantastic Four (1961) Annual 1 published July 1963 - Namor is revealed to be Marvel’s First Mutant. The X-Men are published September 1963.
Namor's first Silver Age solo begins in Tales to Astonish then The Sub-Mariner (1968)

Avengers (1963) Hercules was trying to help in his own way by giving Namor a fight so he wouldn't be depressed over Marrina, but yeah Namor's fought just about everyone at least once but he's also teamed up with them too

I'm hoping we see more of Princess Fen, I really want people to understand that Namor's mother is so important to him, she is the biggest influence in his life, and I need people to understand & love Fen as much as I do. Actress María Mercedes Coroy will portray Namor's mother 🥰

Namor is the human's biggest supporter. Namor's always been the one to bridge the divide between his two people and Atlanteans have always been mistrustful towards humans, even though he is no longer on the throne, Namor is still trying to use what political power he has left.

I once, long ago, headcanoned that ankle wings would move like a hummingbird's very fast motion to keep him flying/hovering, and now my headcanon is real in the new trailer we saw him flying!!!

The Quest for Neptune's Trident is a major arc in Sub-Mariner lore. While Namor is off on the first part of his quest to find the clues that lead him to the trident, Dorma faces more treachery from Krang who's taken over Namor's kingdom. The Quest continues in the next issue!

Welcome to Silver Age Sub-Mariner September!

We are, of course, starting of with the comic that everyone knows; Namor's reintroduction to comics, Fantastic Four (1961)
