For 2 of my illustrations of insects + reasons I appreciate them: 1) the Northern paper wasp, hunter of asparagus beetle larvae that devour my asparagus; 2) the lovely Goldenrod gall fly, inducer of wonderfully interesting & iconic galls on my fave wildflower.
