Instead of 3 and 5 mora to buy and upgrade action cards, increase it to 4 and 7 mora!

Retopology completed for the smol elf and mostly done for the smol squid. Probably some optimization I could do for her yet (well both of em).

Also made some adjustments to my main's textures and made her proportions better fit my IRL ones for better tracking in VRC
