Tried doing a no blend & no watercolor challenge and limited myself to only the g-pen, airbrush and fill bucket.

Skin is fine but the clothes - it's so rough not being able to blend for rendering clothes...

The process is simple: use a 4:3 ratio, a limited retro color palette, pen pressure free lines, and finish with blur or noise effects.
