he's a direct contrast to clone saga ben, like for example ben in the clone saga actually never lifted a finger against peter. irrc he was always on the defensive no matter how many punches peter threw at him.

Gotta love how the writers managed to handle the parallels of MJ's and Felicia's relationship with Peter. Making Spider-Man the reason they broke up and at the same time the reason he is with Felicia is always great. MJ wins because she ends up liking both lol

I love this duo,but this is a bad plotline. They're like 30 and acting like high schoolers with meaningless drama and dating boys.MJ's powers aren't needed at all since they've done literally nothing so far.
Also a whole issue wasn't needed to build up MJ finding out about Peter.
