And I tested whether it is possible to remove the noise using Photoshop on the Glaze-processed image. The glaze-processed image was almost able to remove noise after about 5 minutes of simple work using Photoshop's blur and denoising filter.

Finally have this feature in Clip Studio Paint. And it's slightly better than PhotoShop's eyedropper by having that zoom in the middle for added accuracy. Such a small thing but a fantastic addition.
