ena is heavily inspired by picasso's art, simple enough. my teacher despises the idea that other people's styles could possibly be inspired by other art styles, and that all art styles are "copyrighted".
#art break:
"Seated Female Nude" (1905) by Pablo Picasso. This painting is part of Picasso's Rose Period (1904 - 1906) that followed the tragic, sorrowful tone of the Blue Period. In contrast, Rose Period is distinctive of its cheerful use of pink and orange colours.

ever since I saw Picasso's Harlequin I fell in love with the character.
should I revisit this here in 2023?

Picasso's portrait of his daughter Maya is from 1943. 'I had just turned eight; my mother had ordered a dress from Dior, in brown velvet with a lace collar from Caen.'
Created this 2D piece on the 5th of December, finished it on the 25th.
Inspired by Pablo Picasso's 1927 "Harlequin as a Child" oil painting.
My version is titled "Madame Complacent" learn more about it on foundation.
Sometimes i go back to my books for inspiration

Picasso's contribution to the birth of cubism would be sufficient to secure his place in history.

I love light painting/sculpture, but I hardly ever see any on my TL; I need to fix this!
If you know any artists in the space that fit the bill please tag them and I'll follow.
Curious to see how many we can find, we're a rare breed!

What if Picasso was actually a good artist? (Picasso's self portrait, redrawn by AI)
Picasso's paintings of people drinking absinthe all look like they were generated by one of those AI artist programs. #arthistory
Pablo Picasso's famous quote about the essence of wildness belonging to horses is a reminder of their true nature and why it's important to protect them. #KeepWildHorsesWild
🐱 Although Picasso's visits to the Els Quatre Gats tavern in #Barcelona lasted barely a year, those opened up an attractive horizon for the artist...
🧳 In September of 1900, Picasso traveled to Paris, where his fellow artists had moved in on several occasions. ⬇️
1/2 Yesterday i visited the @MuseumModernArt for the first time and came across Picasso's work in real life.
