This is Huchu! He's a Bombchu (very heavily inspired by the Zelda item), a species that lives in the dark underground caverns below the Pikacats' cloud palace! Huchu is sort of a frienemy of Twinkie's, he likes to cause trouble and pull pranks, but has a soft heart underneath!
