Okay, I don't think the new guy shown in the SMTV trailer is a Kuzunoha, but his design is definitely a nod to Raidou. I think he's likely a police officer. None of his design elements match the Kuzunoha emblem, and his uniform is closer to the Tokyo police uniform than Raidou's.

@killakhronic420 Japan did a lot of the war crimes to China/Korea during the 1920's (the Taisho era), and they're still really touchy about that period. And since Raidou's outfit is somewhat based on designs of the era, nothing Raidou related has ever made it to those regions.

its kinda funny how devil summoner raidou's model for gashadokuro i assume interprets the devil summoner art as him not actually having regular hands or legs instead of them being implied to be there just obscured which i think was probably how its intended to be seen
