Artist Spotlight 🔦 Thomas Rowlandson.
At the age of sixteen, Rowlandson lived and studied for a time in Paris. He later made frequent tours to the Continent. Rowlandson’s designs were usually done in outline with the reed-pen, and delicately washed with colour.
