Iris Sagan's favorite anime is Fist of the North Star!
Today is Carl Sagan's birthday! Thank you for everything you did.
“One glance at a book and you hear the voice of another person, perhaps someone dead for 1,000 years. To read is to voyage through time.”

sooooooo in love with sagan sagan's beautiful and atmospheric art in their works. this was apparently their debut work 😭
@neiltyson @nicksagan Oil paintings Space artwork coming soon, Title SPACE AND TIME. from the ACS Artworks studios London. Inspired my the late Carl Sagan's COSMOS.
@eigenrobot I was in the military then, I remember I would stop to stare for 10-20 minutes at the Fibonacci nature of plants growing out of the cracks in the concrete. I was also reading Carl Sagan's biography at the time and felt that I was being initiated into understanding the universe

Their culture's worship revolves around a galaxy visible in the night sky, known as "Soru, the light of Heaven" and inspired by Carl Sagan's quote:
"A still more glorious dawn awaits. Not a sunrise, but a galaxy rise. A morning filled with 400 billion suns."
