Happy Halloween 2022! Hard to believe it but it's the 4th time I've done Inktober all the way through, this year I focused on getting some mileage out of my old markers. This also marks 2 straight years of consecutive daily art!

Thought it would be a fun challenge to make a photo-negative tonal drawing knowing that I'll invert it digitally in Photoshop for the final. It helped to study ultrasound images, and I labelled the areas in my drawing with which grey value to use for each.

SciArtINK Day 25: Cervical cancer. Here's another medical illustration I should be able to do without reference images, as I've animated multiple gynecology cases and looked at many references over my career of various gynecologic cancers.

Tried to condense as much of the malaria life cycle into one image as I could recall. Would translate nicely to a simple 3D scene!

SciArtInk 2022 prompts are out and these are really good! Day 2 is "Lyme Disease" so we'll go with a nasty Deer Tick embedding itself into an unfortunate host.
