This is so clean. Ichigo's iconic point the sword at the enemy before going Bankai habit/battle cry. 🔥 I used to scream whenever this happened. Knowing exactly what was going down next. I'd be shouting Bankai to the enemy also, 😅👏🏽

Foreshadowing is insane. I wondered if there was significance to Vol8 having Zangetsu upside-down. It's later revealed Zangetsu was a manifestation of Yhwach & their shadow ability was used to hide the Wandenreich; also depicted upside-down, within the shadows of SS.

Masterfully written miscommunication. 👏🏽 Whole time White, fully aware of Ichigo's soul, does not refer to himself as Zangetsu. Instead I believe he's correctly referring to the collective as Zangetsu while Ichigo & we mistakenly focused on the manipulative Old Man..
