2nd-string Autobots vs a villain that's both Galactus & Death Star.

There's a silly middle act with Sharkticons & junk bots, but ultimately it is an 80s kids movie.

Very good final act, great voice cast & a solid soundtrack. Light & fun.

Never understood the appeal of Gnaw and the Sharkticons. They're kinda dopey, and they transform into the same thing, but with a larger mouth.
Of course, over time, I've grown to appreciate these fellers...we also share a similar physique...

The Sharkticons are able to fly in shark mode. It looks as goofy and awkward as you might expect. This ability will be seen again in "The Big Broadcast of 2006".
