Additionally, Squall's fur jacket was simply a jab at the animation team to make it more challenging for them.

Starting Rinoa now and she's got a really cute line when on Alefgard where she refers to the legend of Erdrick and sees herself as the Gwaelin to Squall's Erdrick.

I don't liken Cloud to Squall because for one, Squall was hella emo, with reason of course. However both found someone that would tear down social and emotional walls they had built. Losing Rinoa would have broken Squall's heart, losing Aerith broke Cloud's.

OK one more (for now...) I tried making the pink-haired Ignis-like one from the male Viera concept art. I put him into Squall's outfit and the finished product is a bit of a Lighting-Ignis-Squall combo
