"…then he opens the door and BAM! two milk-tank twins. Pretty sure he forgot how to breathe."
God, I have so much downtime on this page between posting art...
Might as well post some WIPs in between
This might give some answers to why I was looking into the internal layout of the Churchill tank
The ergonomics of the Gunner's position on the Churchill tank is insane
You have to have noodle arms to reach all the controls
I'm convinced the average ww2 British tank gunner has to look like this
Please tell me the power traverse is not actually that low...
Been reading a bit recently about the Churchill tank
I always thought the big intakes on the side were for the engine itself. But I saw a cut-away recently and saw that the engine intakes and filters are actually in the crew compartment
The side intakes are for radiator cooling
HIVAT SNDM Coy
(High-Value Targets Search & Destroy Maneuver Company)
Stand-off Non-LOS Missile & UAS unit that hunts high-value targets: MBTs, Anti-Air, Arty, etc.
Possibly as part of a breakthrough force in a dangerous frontline
Missile Battle Tank concept shown as example
Missile Battle Tank alternative concept based on more conventional layout of BMPT Terminator tank support/IM-SHORAD CUAS but on MBT hull
The concept is to provide armored close escort with autocannon/missile/UAV for MBT, reducing MBT workload by taking the burden of Non-LOS duty
Missile Battle Tank Concept
An independent system to work closely together with MBT (has similar armor rating) to reduce the workload & burden of future MBT crews by taking the burden of missile & UAV operations
Thus, MBT can focus more on operating their cannon, maneuvers, etc
Come on Gaijin...
You animated the Hellcat's tank commander
Give us this one...
