Q5 I have a TON of maps for my various planets! I already posted Aloutia's map, so here we have the Pentagonal Dominion map with locations labeled for MoLaB, a village map of Steena Village, then maps of Starsine, and the Makai. https://t.co/svpq9t4X88

13: sometimes I draw different aspects of my world, but I haven't done much for this WIP yet besides a map and this character art of Aleida and Valkyra that shows them using their magic.

D22: The Amagium's pretty down on the arts unless they relate to your opus. The overwhelming majority of musicians are asfalis. High school kids with big dreams of sold out arena shows, buskers just trying to get by, and those who are driven to chase mastery. https://t.co/r2VP5hK0u4

D20: Most 1st world Asfalis governments follow that line of thinking, yes, and it is the stated standard of the Amagium the world over. In practice, things are a little murkier, due to their "answer all expressions of lethal magic in kind" policy. https://t.co/4i6m8uUcFv

Legally, the Amagium only permits Amagia to participate in magical duels and sports... but that doesn't mean asfalis abstain. With a little know-how, you can find exceedingly lively and seedy underground dueling scenes in every major city across the world. https://t.co/207sIkhmCE

This isn't a direct answer, but! A failing of Athenaeum curriculum is how light it is on fostering teamwork, even though most Amagia end up working with some kind of team. Everything's hyper competitive, and many mentors try to foster rivalry between aspirants. https://t.co/YCFs9OQRUn

D24: Certainly, though not to the same extent as our world. Fae, for example, are almost never depicted like Disney's take on Tinkerbell. Unicorns rarely get the Lisa Frank treatment. They, and other magical/folk creatures, are frequently vilified, however. https://t.co/kQ7V2h9DVF

D18: The line between stories and historical clashes between gods/fae/egregores/humans is so blurry it's problematic. With smart research, you could trace the root of every piece of folklore to at least one historical event or another; sometimes multiple events. https://t.co/9j4TYcm0Ek

D16: Folklore is a repository for old wisdom and fundamental lessons, told in formats that anyone can understand. As such, the stories are simplistic, moralistic, and increasingly sanitized as the world grows safer, so they are often thought of as childish. https://t.co/T220dhIjSa

D16II: The buildings are a little taller than those in the photos of Pasadena, and some are connected by bridges. Many are modern, and most are completely unnecessary. The city is famous for them though, so rich folk and architects try to one up each other.

D13. I don't know what they can grow yet, I'm still developing the land atm, but they're known for raising turkeys (as well as chickens, geese, etc.) and because of this some people call them gobblers. Their major imports are fuel and medicine. (2/2)

I'm super behind. Time to catch up!
D3. What type of currency is used? Goblins use silver and gold coins. gnomes use seeds, giants use (mostly snail) shells and griffins use teeth. (1/2)

D0: Time to play some serious catch up. Can I do it all in a day? Let’s find out…

Yes. It's not like there's anywhere outside to go....

Fantastic process by my favorite artist to work with Julia Vasilyeva on Cover 1 of The Hand Unseen. She always brings her A Game. https://t.co/nYa62ODFbl

Howdy, y'all. I'm Topper. My (this month) is 'Forge Princess'. I go back and forth way too much, but I really wanna try and nail the beats for this finally.

Day 1: What DRUG for my YA novel? Maybe some mellow edibles? It's supposed to be uplifting!
