~10% of our staff are transpeople, and their work is every bit as excellent as the ~90% who are not. The reality that in all but 21 states, you can be fired for your orientation is awful. When you ignore a valid set of people, everyone loses out. 🏳️‍⚧️

Because we should all have the right to strive for happiness and do so without fear; shame or or childhood heroes taking a passive- aggressive stance against your basic human dignity.
