For Hyrule Fantasy, Legend of Zelda 1, the official art in the game booklet shows Wizzrobes with human noses, but in some other guides from the time they have bird beaks. So I've always secretly wanted there to be a faction of wizard Rito that defected and joined with Ganon

ahh one of my favs are the wizzrobes, but only really the windwaker and botw ones, they're like the only creative ones.. not just old blue men lol
also some more enemies that seem like they might be fun to redesign, furnix, tektite, and manhandla

might be some of the most difficult and annoying enemies in this game. To make it worse, they appear often in combination with like likes that will eat my shield leaving me unguarded against wizzrobe's magic attacks!

Wizzrobes in the original Legend of Zelda (NES) are a pain in the ass. I'm replaying this classic (both quests) and can never get the pattern down for Blue Wizzrobes. The sudden shift in their direction & spells are a killer.
