I love the speculative acorn platypus based on Oshawott's silhouette so I went and based a fakemon line on it. The ankle spurs on platypus led to a cowboy look and the idea of an oak stump turning into a brimmed hat worked out well I think.

I would like to bring attention to the fact that the shells that Oshawott's line uses as weapons all have pun names which I find incredibly odd, because all other Pokedex entries for other 'Mon that hold things (such as Farfetch'd and Timburr) just refer to them as what they are

Day 3 is a friendly little jab at our current competition: Galar's popular fire starter, Scorbunny!

A lot of smaller Pokemon seem to have similar body shapes to Oshawott's, so for the primary colors I thought of going with fellow unevolved base starters like Scorbunny here.

One of the aforementioned "easy" ones is the shiny palette! The least different of the 3 shiny starters, going from cyan to blue.

It might be a bit hard to tell it apart from Oshawott's default color if it weren't for its cute pink nose (and more vibrant ears on the stock icon).

Today's palette is the shiny palette. Like with Emolga's and Oshawott's, it's probably the second most "obvious" palette choice (after default) for most Pokemon.

Kind of just looks like Snivy is sick when compared to default... but it's a good blue palette still.
