Waniguchi are basically a japanese pun turned youkai, their name is the same word they use for shrine bells, but literally translated means "crocodile mouth"

The Fox's wedding is a rare event in which a parade of Kitsune travel far to hold a wedding, a sun shower is a Kitsune trick so they create them to keep humans away from their wedding
