Finally got to see inside "...the finest 18thC church in London" , St Mary le Strand. Thanks to the works to pedestrianisation part the Aldwych, the church is no longer a traffic island.

Works are underway on to create a 2-way traffic system and introduce generous pedestrian crossings. The change to traffic flow will enable the to be traffic free, resulting in a new public space in London.
