Mermaid OC by DA user AlexisJ153984. Her reference pic had her sitting or plopped on the floor, so it gave me the idea to have her sitting down as well.
Had to add a sandy floor beneath her to make it look like she's sitting down at the bottom of the (shallow) sea.
