I would dare say my Thalmor Captain, Arvidhril Ethon! He is a traditional douchebag Altmer, and is far from nice to non-Altmer. Ethon uses whatever means necessary to uphold the law and to see to that the Dominion prospers. Not to mention the nat 20 rolls in intimidation 😂
