-Mostly diagnosed in children and adolescents
-Imaging Pearl:Sharply defined, expansile osteolytic lesions,fluid-fluid levels,no solid component #radres
23 yo with pathologic fracture of the femur. At surgery the lesion described as aneurysmal bone cyst. Then presented with mandible mass. Lesion biopsied & called Central Giant cell granuloma of mandible. Ultimately, occult parathyroid adenoma found, and BROWN TUMORS diagnosed.
